A leadership partner shaped by responsibility and results.

Leadership grounded in responsibility:

I spent the most recent phase of my career as an Executive at Charles Schwab - leading through complexity, aligning teams, and turning strategy into action. I’ve led large organizations, significant budgets, and decisions that had consequences. My job was to make progress happen.

I’m known for bringing structure to messy situations, building teams that trust each other, and helping people focus on what actually matters.

Prior to Schwab, I held various roles in Financial Services and Investment Banking. I currently serve as President of the Board of MBA Project.

Leadership learnings:

Strong leadership is seeing clearly, acting deliberately and staying steady. It’s about building accountability and creating the conditions for people to do their best work.

Performance challenges are often caused by lack of clarity, alignment, or follow-through. That’s where focused leadership makes the difference.

Why I do this work:

I believe leaders carry significant responsibility, for their teams, their organizations, and their families. When leaders perform well, organizations function better and people benefit.

I help leaders see clearly, act decisively, and stay steady - regardless of the environment.
