Former financial services executive with 20+ years experience, Board President
Professional background:
I’ve spent my career leading people through complexity—aligning teams, clarifying priorities, and turning strategy into action. I’ve carried real responsibility: large organizations, significant budgets, and decisions that had consequences. My job was to make progress happen.
I’m known for bringing structure to messy situations, building teams that trust each other, and helping people focus on what actually matters.
I held an executive role at Charles Schwab for 7 years and have been the President of the Board of MBA Project for 8 years. Leadership to me is simple: see clearly, decide well, and create a culture that fosters individual and team development.
Leadership learnings:
Strong leadership is not about having all the answers. It’s about making clear decisions, building accountability, and creating the conditions for people to do their best work.
Most performance challenges are not caused by lack of talent. They are caused by lack of clarity, alignment, or follow-through. That’s where focused leadership makes the difference.

...a bit more:
Why I do this work:
I believe leaders carry significant responsibility—for their teams, their organizations, and their families. When leaders perform well, organizations function better and people benefit.
My role is to help leaders think clearly, act decisively, and deliver results that matter.
How I work:
My style is direct, practical, and collaborative. I ask thoughtful questions, challenge assumptions when necessary, and help leaders stay focused on what matters most.
We work on real issues in real time.
